WHITE VOTERS WAKE UP!!
DE-VALUE the LOBBYIST DOLLAR

Today, in the first decade of the Twenty first Century (2009), conservative, and racist politicians treat white voters like shackled, white Slaves, standing without voice. nor vote … at high-noon, on today’s political Auction Block, in the nation’s Capitol. The highly publicized meetings on the vital issue of Health Insurance are essentially, a Republican-choreographed charade, a smoke-screen, behind which, politicians, in the frenzy of a “going out of business “ Fire-sale, Auction-off, to the highest bidder (Insurance and pharmaceutical corporations) the tragic needs of 38 millions white men, women and children, in the United States, with No health insurance.

The “Public Option,” which President Obama, says “will keep insurance, and pharmaceutical companies honest,” has ignited massive opposition to it, by the companies cited above, charging that such a Public Option” would put them “out of business.” On that fragile excuse, our elected representatives, should look them straight in the eye, and tell them, in the words of Adam Smith, “Build a better” f…..g “mouse trap, and the world (the Un-Insured) will beat a path to your door.” But don’t hold your breath …until politicians get up, off their knees, to do this! And in light of their whole record above, it is a tragic fact, that conservative and racist politicians’ hold an organic, public contempt, for white folk with problems, This is best expressed in the words of Clark Gable, in “Gone with the Winds.” “… I just don’t Give a Damn.”

Voting: The act of voting is essentially, a transaction of Trust, it lacks physicality. Unlike a purchase: here’s the money, you walk away with the purchased item. Rather, its something like my mother at bed-time, having us to kneel on the bed and say this prayer,”Now lay me Down to sleep, I pray the lord, my soul will keep, and if I die before I wake, I pray the Lord, my soul will Take.”

The…”and if I die before I wake” is a metaphor for the 38 million white men, women, and children, in the United States with No health insurance ,crying out for Help to the politicians, they Voted into office. And the brazen, public effort of these politicians to Kill, the Public Option, which the most recent polls show that nearly 60% of American people are supporting, constitute an egregious betrayal of Trust … and is the moral equivalent of “stealing from the blind”.

There is no doubt that, for the Betrayers of white voters (the Judases of the Twenty-first Century) their “Thirty Pieces of Silver” has a Greater Value to them, than the Votes of the millions of white people who, Trusted and elected them to office. While the biblical “Judas” who could not live with him-self, after his ignominious betrayal of Jesus … committed suicide: Don’t hold your breath until the politicians, of today, follow that act.

Insurance and Pharmaceutical Co. are addicted to the Bottom Line, which is there goal.

And they will use any means to get there. They Cherry-Pick through the orchard ot the Un-insured, selecting the youngest, and the healthiest. Leap-frog over the grand dad, but eagerly enroll the grand son. They pay bonuses to staff, who sift through the En-rolled, and identify those with Pre-existing Conditions, who had been over-looked, in the initial enrollment… and cancel their insurance.

This turns our “moral” stomach, but it is justified under the philosophy of Adam Smith, the father of the “Free enterprise” system. But “hold-your-horses,” all is not lost!!

The Founders of this nation was well aware that among the general population there were some non-angels … against whom the people needed protection..So in the political infrastructure of this country, they (Framers of the Constitution) provided, metaphorically. A barb-wire fence, to protect the (given the subject of this discussion) Un-insured, against the insatiable drive for profits, on the part of the Insurance, and Pharmaceutical corp.

The Gate-Keepers, who are to ride” Shot-gun” along this fence, are the United States Senate, and the United States House of Representatives. Both elected to office by the People of the United States, and have sworn, publicly to defend, and promote the “well- being” of all the people in the United States.
But the public record of those Gate-Keepers, for the People, trembles on the precipice

of Betrayal. They have cut vast openings in the barb-wire fence, to meet the Insurance and Pharmaceutical corp. demand to maintain the Status- Qou, on Health Insurance.

And, under the guise of “budget and fiscal responsibility” politicians are fighting against every effort made, to establish the Public Option.

These alleged Representatives, of the People, such as Sen. Joe Lieberman has (figuratively) stepped-out of their Political drawers, dropped, eagerly to their knees, looked up, accommodatingly into the eyes of the JOHN (Insurance, and Pharmaceutical corp.) and demurred softly “How would you like It today?” An analysis of this question is proof, that the kneeling QUESTIONER …(elected Representatives of the people) is no Virgin, and have “ Did IT, for money” on previous occasions.

The word “It” in this discussion, is a metaphor, a single word … which symbolizes the totality of the politicians’ slimey, back-stabbing betrayal of the Trust of white voters, who elected them to office. And spotlights the\politicians effort to sabotage, and block the Public Option, which the majority of the people, in this country support and the 38 million white men, women, and children, in the United States with NO health Insurance … are crying out for.

This role of the politicians, as spelled out above, constitute the “ It” that white voters need to be aware of, and this is the “ It” that Insurance and Pharmaceutical corp. cannot do themselves. Therefore, they “Pay to Play”

Finally, this “Play”(in bed with the Insurance, and pharmaceutical corp) is the “It that your elected politicians are “doing for money.”

because she insisted on a meeting with President Bush, regarding the death of her son, who was killed in Iragh. In a comparison: Which is the real, Organic “political whore “ Mrs. who wanted to meet with the president …or the entire Republican Senate(except ONE) who are “doing it for money.”? White voters should be aware of the role of Joe Lieberman, who masquerades as an “Independent,” but he has publicly threatened to Filibuster the up-coming health insurance, if it includes the Public Option,

This is the stated goal of the insurance, and pharmaceutical corp. . Clearly, Lieberman is operating in the exact mode of a grinning, head-scratching, buck-dancing, white, “house-nigger, doing “It” for money. The authentic black slaves had NO options. The problem with Lieberman, and those in his clan, they are as greedy, as a starving hound dog, and once elected to office … they don’t give a God Damn, how white you are: You are on your own!!

Once, again, I ask white voters, which is the real, organic Political Whore … Joe Lieberman, or Mrs You decide.

This is a question that white voters should decide, and act on.

At this point I should like to urge, particularly, the young Reader, to pause, and reflect on the fundamental importance of health insurance to You, Spouse, Children; and to your ageing parents, and grand parents: In 1942 I was hired in Fisher Body, in Detroit (General Motors) plant, as an Arc Welder on the B-29 bomber. During that period the UAW was engaged in national negotiations, with the Gm Corp. on working condition and worker pension. Retirement and insurance. At a crucial point G M put, what they called “a substantial hourly wage increase on the table, if the UAW would back-off its above demand. Walter Reuther, rejected the offer declaring, that he was concerned about workers when “they were too old to work and too young to die,” At this point, I am 37 years old, had a wife and two small children, and this guy is turning- down this money deal …had I Not been black, my face would have crimsoned with rage. I am now age 95.

When you are in the 30s, and younger, there are three things you are sure about:

You are never going to get sick, old or die. I am a living witness to the fact that you are wrong on the first two …I am not physically situated to comment on the third point.

Looking back, across the years, from 2009 to 1942 (the year when I became a Community, and Union Organizer) I have self-experience, and observations of problems of others, that health care, and health insurance are joined-at- hip. Without good, comprehensive health insurance, studies show that you receive, poor and inadequate ‘health care.

We, in this country are engaged in a massive struggle for a Public Option, to be included in the health insurance Bill (which is supported by a majority of the people in this nation.) The insurance and pharmaceutical corp. has stated its position, to maintain the Status- Qou, on health insurance, at all cost. And to prove that they are not “Whistling Dixie” they have placed millions of dollars, on an open table, with a sign, saying, will “Pay to play.”
Practically, every Republican member of the U S Senate, and significant Democratic individuals, from the U S House of Representatives, have crowded around this table, like hungry, white pigs at a Slop-trough. Why?? Because, for money, they will “Play.”

My question to young white voters is this …Are you going to stand, idly by, and allow this greedy gang of political Whores to destroy, (for money) the Public Option for health insurance, that 38 million white men, women, and children, in the United States, with No health insurance …are Crying out for.?? Think about this, and Join the fight to Stop it Because after election to office, politicians move into a world of “big government” “Socialist” security, with a guaranteed annual salary of seven figures; “Socialized” health insurance, and medical care … for their entire family … from the Cradle to the Grave … and a Gold-plated, Pension, and Retirement plan, paid for, completely, by the hard-working, Rainbow- Colored, Tax Payers of that “Big Socialist government”… the United States of America.

Situated behind this Green Wall of “big government” and “socialized” health and economic security; coupled with the multiple thousands of lobbyist dollars from deals made at the Auction Block. .. it is unlikely that any degree of moral torment or remorse would drive today’s greedy, and iron-hearted “Judases” to have a Second thought about the colossal abuse, and misery, their actions have wrought on the white people who trusted, and voted them into office..!!

Here are the facts: Whites, constitutes approximately 80% of the eligible voters in the United States (Citizens of the United States, 18 years of age, and older). They (whites voters) is the only clearly definable group in this country, that can … single-handedly pass, or kill national legislation (such as Health Insurance), elect or defeat candidates for national office …un-assisted by coalition with other groups.

Clearly, aware of this awesome political power of white voters, and the problem of the 38 million white men, women, and children, with NO health insurance, politicians, do nothing about that problem, and in effect, contemptuously, pat their fat asses, in the face of white voters, who elected them to office. In the ‘Naked City” the question, is “Why in the Hell do white folk take that s..t? It is, indeed a puzzling political paradox.

Let’s examine this contradiction: White people in the United States are Not Dumb, they are Not a bunch of Racist fools! They are victims of the sophisticated manipulation of information by politicians, and political institutions, aided and abetted by a significant section of the nation’s media. It was reported on radio that the New York Times acted as “Secretary” to the Bush administration.

In the 1920’s, when I was in First Grade, in Montgomery Alabama, the teacher read the following poem:

“Rock-a-bye Baby on the Tree-top, When the wind blow, the cradle will rock, When the bough breaks the Cradle will fall, And down will come Baby, Cradle, and all.”

This is a poetic introduction to the race-based; Rip Van Winkle slumber, in which, white voters are today. Since Nixon, and particularly, since Reagan. white voters have been in the “Tree-top Cradle”, slumbering to the crooning melody of Race by Ronald Reagan. The main, theme of which was the black “Welfare Queen”: played 24-7 on national media. across the United States. This continued for the eight (8) years of Reagan’s two terms as presidency, and was continued for the two terms (8 years) by Bush and is alive and well today.

Prior to his resignation, Nixon, launched, what he termed the “Southern Strategy,”

Its goal was to stir-afresh, the smoldering embers of anti-black sentiment, in the South, following the passage of the Civil rights and the Voting Rights acts, during the Johnson Presidency. Working with the nation’s most rabid racist, David Duke, Pat Bucchan and Lee Atwater they concocted racial propaganda, stating that blue-collar jobs of whites were being given to blacks …based on Affirmative Action, welfare rolls were crammed with blacks, who would Not work, and that hard-working, white people (Not on welfare) paid sky-rocketing taxes, due to “ give-away “ government programs, passed by nigger-loving Democratic Liberals. Note: During the Reagan presidency, the number of white people on welfare …equaled two third of the total black population in the United States. (Check the US Census Dept.)

So returning to Reagan, he sophisticatized the dissemination of racial propaganda into the white communities, by subtle symbolic acts. In his first run for president Reagan launched his campaign in Philadelphia, Miss., where three Civil Rights volunteers were slain, because of their activity in Voter Registration. This is the moral equivalent of a husband pissing, in public, on the fresh grave of his mother-law, in full view of his wife and their children. This massive public display of raw contempt, for blacks, was not lost on white voters.
Secondly, beginning with the Reagan years, and continuing today, you can strip-search the nation, and you will not find in the national press, radio nor television a single mention of”white Poverty.” But the media moved in like hungry, white sharks after fresh blood, and placed a “Hubble-like magnifying glass on every wrinkle and pimple on the NOW, politically blackened face of Poverty.

Like-wise, today, the 38 million white men, women and children, in the United States, with No health insurance, are kept under wraps … like white Poverty, was off-limits to the public during the Reagan years. The media today, as it was under Reagan, is playing a major role in this conspiratorial Cover-up of the severe, economic problems of white folk in the United States. The old saying is “What you don’t know, won’t hurt you.” But the condition of white folk in 2009 proves that to be a lie!!

I believe it is now clear how Reagan, with the full complicity of the media and its manipulation of the information that people needed, was able to skew the political perception of unsuspecting white voters about black poverty and welfare. This is what Hitler did to line up the Germans against the Jews, the same as Bush used to line up the American people to support, his Lie, about the War against Iraq. If the appropriate climate does not exist, politicians with the complicity of the media will create such a climate. This is not just a bald assertion by me …Wake up and check the record!

There is no mystery here: If you have a Headline blitz, 24-7, in the white folk community about blacks and welfare, for more than 16years (Reagan and Bush, each two terms) and never mention “whites in poverty”, one can easily conclude that only blacks are in poverty. And because of this error-driven (not racist) conclusion, by white voters, racist politicians are Home free. They can eat “their cake, and have it too” Under these circumstances, politicians have no pressure on them to solve a “non-existence” problem. Why should they dirty their little pink hands with a specified black problem, when the white folk seem satisfied, on the basis of its “them” not “us.” And therefore, politicians, skipping happily, on the way to the bank … with lobbyist’s dollars, hanging out of each pocket,… say condescendingly, to the white voters, dozing in the “Tree-top” Cradle …” Sleep on, My White Fools “

Through this piece, I have been sounding the Alarm, about 38 million white folk with No health insurance, but that is not the whole picture: in each of the following categories below (based on a nose-count) there is a higher number of, individual white people, than any other group, in the nation.

No Health insurance,

Unemployment,

Foreclosures,

Bankruptcies,

Food Stamps,

and Poverty

In addition, there is another way put pressure on those politicians to vote for the Public Option. Given my intense focus on “white voters”, some non-white folk, have said to me, “Brother Dillard, I know that you know that you are black, how come you fight so hard for the white folk, you know they don’t give a Damn about you.?? I am un-fazed, because I Do Know…Who I am, what I am, where I am coming From …and Where I am Going … my Manifest Destiny, is economically sound, morally right, and politically realizable.

Therefore, my approach to the ending of racism in the United States is not to scream about victimized blacks and racist white folk. Instead, it is a thoughtful analysis of racism in the United States, with an un-wavering spotlight on the, true, economic conditions of white folk, in the America, at the end of the first decade of the Twenty First Century.
It is my fundamental belief that to wield, without mercy, the “White Sword” of the Whole Truth on Race, moving in lock-step with the freshly awakened, Sleeping White Giant (angry white voters,), will remove … after more than 300 years … that ugly, running, racial sore, from the Fair Face of this Nation …The United States of America.
